Special Offers are not applicable to Pit Pal Dealers. Sales and discounts are subject to change without notice. Prior discounts cannot be changed with any current offer. Some products may be excluded.

ORDER INFORMATION
Orders are packaged and shipped based on availability, and are handled in as timely a manner as possible. Being that we're the manufacturer of a majority of the products we sell, we're building our products as fast as they're ordered (sometimes even faster), but we may need to build a special item for your order, and will ship everything as soon as humanly possible. Any order over $5000 must be called in.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please allow approximately 2-3 days to process your order, then allow the proper time for shipping. Next Day, Two Day and Three Day shipping is available at an additional cost (dimensional weight applies). Please contact us directly at 888-PIT-PALS or 847-872-7257 to place your order. UPS shipping is available upon request.

For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or holidays.Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

We consider electronically received orders complete and reserve the right to add additional shipping charges if necessary.

Due to size regulations, the Ultimate Sink Station, Large Table, Crew Cart, Full Extension Ramps, and Two Tier Trailer Step must be transported by truck line only.

RETURNED GOODS
Pit-Pals will accept returns subject to the following conditions: The products must be new, unused, uninstalled & complete with all parts including a copy of the sales invoice. There is a 20% handling charge for all returned parts. Shipping charges are not refundable. A return good authorization must be obtained before returning product.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Packages are shipped F.O.B. Zion, IL. All shipments are fully insured. Any claim for damage must be made to the freight carrier. Do not return products without prior authorization & a damage claim number from shipper.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Pit-Pal Products Warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyone the description above.
